Feeding Difficulties: Virtual Parent Group Sessions

I’m excited to be teaming up with Professor Rosan Meyer, a highly experienced paediatric dietitian, to offer virtual group sessions for parents of children aged 1–4 years who may be facing common feeding challenges.

These sessions are designed to support families dealing with issues such as:

  • Food refusal (e.g., avoiding vegetables)

  • Spitting out food

  • Prolonged or stressful mealtimes

  • Reliance on distractions to eat

  • Preference for only certain food textures

The program includes two virtual group sessions,

providing a space to:

  • Learn practical, evidence-based strategies

  • Connect with other parents who share similar experiences

  • Ask questions and feel supported in a safe, understanding environment

📅 Next session: 5th February 2026 at 11:30am

Testimonial

Polly was so easy to talk to and gave clear advice, tools and strategies to help our daughter navigate food allergy anxiety. Polly was always able to find a way through any challenge that we faced and she helped prepare my daughter for oral immunotherapy treatment.

Each online session made a really positive impact and we witnessed our daughter grow in confidence.

We are so happy that we found Polly and would highly recommend her to anyone needing support.

With thanks and very best wishes

Sarah
